How soon should I book?
Parties are on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you book and pay, the more likely you are to get the date and time you want.
What is your Service Area?
We service a 50 mile radius from National City 91950. There is a $25 mileage fee for travel more than 30 miles from National City 91950. To see if you are in the service area visit MapQuest and enter your address from 91950. If over 30 miles your event is subject to the $25 fee. If over 50 miles we do not service your area. We do not service the Alpine area due to the terrain. See more about our Service Area here.
Do I Pay in Full or Pay a Deposit?
The Check Availability/Book Now link on the menu bar will direct you to our reservation system. Soon after making your reservation you will receive an Intuit Payment Network invoice sent to the email address you provided. You can pay via Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard. PAYING IN FULL IS OPTIONAL. However, you MUST make a minimum $100 partial payment to lock in your date and time. When you click PAY NOW, on the payment screen, simply change the payment amount to $100 and enter your credit card information. This will leave a remaining balance on the invoice which can be paid upon San Diego Rolling Video Games’ arrival. Should you need assistance our contact information is below.

When will I receive my invitations?
Once your deposit has been paid or your party paid in full we will place your invitations in the mail and send them to the billing address provided on the invoice. Please allow 2-4 business days for them to be delivered via USPS.
What does my party include?
Each party varies in length. We offer 2, 3 and 4 hour parties. Each party includes a trained RVG Game Master (who instructs and leads the party,) use of the Video Game Library, Gaming consoles, digital e-vites and Facebook event creator.
Do you have age appropriate games?
We have a variety of games in our library from Mario Bros. to Shooters. Before every party we will ask the parents if there are any game restrictions. You decide what the kids can and cannot play. What if I want additional time?
Parties are scheduled in advance. If the schedule permits we would be glad to add additional time for $99 each additional hour. We suggest you plan ahead and if you want to have San Diego Rolling Video Games for a longer time, schedule the extra time when booking your event.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
All event cancellations will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee if cancelled greater than or equal to 2 weeks of your scheduled date and time. For cancellations within 2 weeks of event, full price will be charged. Please be sure to contact us for any rescheduling issues in order to avoid any possible fees. We are more than happy to work with you as much as possible.
Can I have my party at the park?
We are mobile and self-powered so we are very capable of having you event at a park. However you are responsible for any permits or fees required by the local authorities. We will gladly provide proof of insurance or any documents needed to secure your permit. You are also responsible for securing parking for our Rolling Video Game truck. We need at least 60 feet of space to park the Rolling Video Game truck (6-8 parking spots).
How big is the Rolling Video Game Truck?
The Rolling Video Games truck is 32 feet long, 10 feet high and 8.5 feet wide. It is towed by a Dodge Ram. We need about 60 feet of space to park, usually we block your driveway and the parking spot in front or behind it.
